You can return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the delivery. The payment will be processed based on inspection and quality of product returned.
- Unopened and unused products in original packaging are usually accepted.
- Opened or used products are not accepted, unless:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The quality and the timeframe will determine the approval of refund or exchange.
- Refund to original payment method (card or bank transfer).

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If customer changes their mind and wants to keep the item after retruning, there will be additional shipping charges.
If item is damaged or incorrect: Brand covers return shipping and re-sends at no extra charge.

Custom-made or limited-edition products are usually non-returnable.
